Celebrating the Steps and recovering together in mixed meetings brought life to India’s first-ever convention. From 2020 onward, online meetings gave SA India a strong push, resulting in steady growth in both members and meetings.
Through the kindness of her fellow members, God provided her with the means to attend a deep and meaningful convention with opportunities to serve.

2025 SA/S-Anon NW Regional Retreat I attended the SA/S-Anon NW Regional Retreat in Post Falls, Idaho. Gratefully, this was my fourth NW regional retreat, and as someone who lives on the opposite side of the country, each one has been a blessing.

Parked right outside the office building was this motorcycle. I stood stock still for a moment, looking at the license plate—ODAAT—and the yellow bumper sticker above it—ONE DAY AT A TIME.
Fusagasugá witnessed the 13th National Convention of SA Colombia. It was a meeting of souls, where hope blossomed, and unity became real. There, I discovered that there are no broken people—only valuable human beings fighting against this painful disease. I felt the presence of our Higher Power everywhere. Every day, I fall more in love with SA.
She decided to give away what was freely given to her. As I reflect on my journey in recovery, I'm filled with gratitude for the AA Big Book and those who have carried its message. Working the steps as they're written in the Big Book has been the most transformative path to true freedom that I’ve experienced.
