The SA Israel fellowship, with our local S-Anon’s participation, is super-excited to be hosting the International Convention for the second time. In 2017, just at the beginning stage of becoming our own SA Region, we hosted the International Convention the first time it was held outside of the U.S.

Seven years later, we are at it again, with a bold new venture. The Convention will take place in the Bayit VaGan Guest House, nestled in the rolling hills of Jerusalem, and just a short cab or light-rail ride away from the city center and Old City. The entire venue will belong solely to us for the full three-day event, where we hope to create our own personal recovery village.

There will be freedom to experience so many different activities, available simultaneously. Besides the breakout sessions and keynote speakers, attendees will be able to enjoy a plethora of specialty rooms including: a hospitality room constantly stocked with refreshments and snacks; an oldtimer room, where you can just schmooze and take in long-term recovery and have impactful conversations; a room dedicated to Step workshops. Attendees will also be able to unwind with an arts and crafts room, with options to play board games together. Need some quiet time to yourself? Try out the meditation room to recharge yourself (no phones or talking). Want to put together your own meeting? We have rooms to spare for that as well. Don’t miss out!
