This piece of new literature has been “in process,” “in the works,” “on the front burner,” and numerous other colorful expressions for a long time. It has involved the efforts of a lot of members. In addition to the tireless and committed efforts of the Literature Committee, the Trustees and Delegates have poured over this item many hours.
