Following are five things I try to do every day before 5 p.m.—or “5B45.” This is the recipe that I developed for Sobriety:
Ingredients:
- White Book
- Pen or Pencil
- Index Card
Directions: Open the White Book to “Step Zero” (SA 63-64). Read said passage and write down five actions that you can do every day on the index card. Do these five actions before 5 p.m. every day for 30 days.
Result: Sobriety!
