Plea for Sponsors
We have had several requests from members without a group, asking for the name of someone who would be willing to sponsor them through the mail. Would anyone willing to do this important task please let us know? We would like to prepare a file for this purpose. Thank you very much.
Prison News
We would like to thank Matt W. of Kansas City for all his hard work as prison coordinator for over two years. Matt did all this work on his own time and at his own expense. Thank you, Matt.
New Policy on Literature Orders
We are going to start asking that payment in full for literature orders be made at the time the order is placed, as is the custom in AA. We can no longer accept credit orders. Last year we lost over $3000.00 in unpaid bills. If everyone had paid their bills last year, SA would have ended the year in the black rather than the red. We truly regret having to do this, but feel it is necessary. Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation.
SA Literature on Tape
Various groups and members have requested that SA literature be put on cassette. This matter is finally being considered by the Literature Committee. Your feedback to the committee via the Central Office is requested.
