When in Rome … Stay Sober

In November 2022 I had the pleasure of travelling to Rome for the Italian-speaking fellowship’s convention (this is how I describe it, but I believe they called it a workshop). The Regional Alignment Committee Census Update

The ongoing, ten-year Census of Sexaholics Anonymous is progressing. Regional Representatives are disseminating information on how to access and complete the Meeting Registration Form. Completed Meeting Registrations are being shared with members of the GDA (General Delegate Assembly) and other trusted servants every fifteen days. This feedback process assists all trusted servants in reaching out to areas that have not participated in the Census.

I Had Felt I Was Home

When I heard the 2022 EMER Regional Convention was going to be held in Armenia, I immediately asked at work to have two weeks off in October. I knew from the past how refreshing and strengthening conventions and after-convention fellowship are, and didn't want to miss the fun. It really exceeded my highest expectations!

This is Kathie S., sexaholic, about the Scottish convention, which I attended last weekend for the first time. I appreciated receiving the schedule well in advance, which helped me to feel less afraid of the unknown, indicating many old timers speaking, with much helpful experience.

In this time of year, Sexaholics Anonymous casts a glance into the future and asks “What do we need to fulfill our primary purpose? How can we best support the ever-growing needs of the fellowship worldwide?” Part of that planning is to create a financial budget for the next year.

SA Costa Rica Fell in Love with the SA Sobriety Definition

At the end of 2013, at a meeting of another S-fellowship, we came across an SA article entitled, "THE ADDICT AND HIS FEAR OF DEATH." It impressed us a lot.

2022 SA Worldwide Membership Census

Every ten years, the SA Board of Trustees initiates a census of SA meetings. The primary purpose of this census is to ensure the fair representation of meetings in the General Delegate Assembly (GDA) across the various Regions in our fellowship. It also highlights how the Fellowship has changed and grown since the prior census.
